The hotel had a good room that I loved, situated conveniently at the end of the hallway. I thoroughly enjoyed the lounge downstairs. The service was top-notch and went beyond what I expected. The location was ideal for me, providing a small room size that suited my needs perfectly. The dining experience was superb, especially in the record room. However, the hotel was overcrowded on weekends, turning into a bit of a party zone that I didn't enjoy. The pricing was fair for all the amenities, but it was freezing cold during my stay in Austin.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! I had a great time in a clean and refreshed room, and even got a nice upgrade to a suite for my birthday. The service was top-notch, especially from Eugenio. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Austin, though it could get a bit crowded on weekends turning into a party zone. The dining experience was very good and the facilities were impressive.
Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready until after 4:15 pm, which was a bit inconvenient, but it turned out to be surprisingly spacious for a downtown location. However, the room smelled like urine and had a poor layout with no drawers and limited closet space, making it challenging to organize my belongings.
